This is very barebones at the moment but it should be enough to get you started. No voltage regulator in this schematic, I wanted to keep the components to a minimum. Both the Pic chip and the audio amp can operate between 2.5V - 5.5V so you can power this from a 3.7V lipo or 2 AA batteries in series.
